Revision of Project Ideas

My previous ideas of making interactive content turns out to be very not good. People who come for training seldom use the internet here.
The main goals at hand for the office is to make the Open Bugdget Questionair ready for distribution by the end of this year. The findings are still being clarified and discussed, but an overall structure for the findings is clear.
So as excited as I was to start learning flash and making pop up tutorials ( I was not), looks like some heavy reading and research is ahead instead
